Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Krazy Kiley's reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or correct the error on our website. All prices are in Canadian dollars


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Krazy Kiley's shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card normally is not charged prior to shipping an order, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled Krazy Kiley's will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions of use (Terms and Conditions) apply to the website located at https://www.krazykileys.ca and/or its mobile applications (Site). The Site is maintained by or on behalf of Krazy Kiley's (Company). Your use of the Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at anytime by posting revised Terms and Conditions on the Site without prior notice. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then current Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of this Site following any such modification will signify your unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, as modified.


Shipping Details

Please note: Shipping times do not include processing time. (Most in-stock items generally take 1-2 business days to process)

Shipping Cost & Delivery Times:

The shipment of products occurs once the orders have been processed and the inventory becomes available.

Depending on factors such as size, number of delivery personnel required, and geographic location, orders may be shipped through various courier services.

Final Sale Items -Regrettably, we cannot process returns or exchanges for the subsequent items marked as final sale:

  • Special Order Items or made-to-order products and custom cut-to-length audio or video cables are non-returnable.
  • Any TV that is damaged due to mishandling and is categorized as a "pinched panel" by the manufacturer is not eligible for replacement or warranty. It is recommended to handle the TV with utmost care and instruct the unpacking and installation personnel accordingly.
  • Products with altered serial number or UPC codes, different from the original order, cannot be returned.
  • Products with missing or tampered original manufacturer's packaging cannot be returned.
  • Consumable products such as batteries, lamps, software, turntable styli, or light bulbs cannot be returned.
  • Damaged turntable styli will be referred to the manufacturer for warranty validation.
  • Opened in-ear headphones or earbuds cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
  • Installed car audio products, custom home installed products, installed in-ceiling speakers or subwoofers cannot be returned.
  • Any signs of use such as installation, scratches, physical markings, painted grills, screw holes, cut wires or similar make the product non-returnable.
  • Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures and speaker boxes cannot be returned.
  • Blown, punctured or fried speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement or warranty validation.

To be eligible for return, products must be in new condition and should not exhibit any signs of use or installation. If a product shows such signs, Kileys Electronics reserves the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee. In case of a promotion where bonus products, promotional bundles, free accessories, loyalty points, gift cards or other products were included along with the returned product, Kileys Electronics will deduct their full individually listed price from the refund or credit issued. Similarly, if a promotional product is returned without its corresponding bundled product, it may not be credited.

Please Allow Additional Shipping Time if:

  • If your address is located in a remote area,
  • In case the product is sold out

*Note: Kileys Electronics shall not be held responsible for any delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather-related events, unforeseeable shipping delays, and courier service breakdowns beyond our control.*

Return Policy

All in-store purchases and online purchases

Delivery, shipping and handling, installation charges are non-refundable.

Appliances are non refundable once they are opened and plugged in.
For appliances we ask that customers verify the products they are ordering before finalizing an order.

100% Customer Satisfaction:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days of purchase and we will gladly give you a refund provided the product is in like new condition with all packing, accessories and manuals. If you have a need to exchange a product bring it back within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange it for you.

How to Obtain a Refund or Exchange?

If you would like to make a refund or exchange of a product purchased, simply bring the item into one of our retail stores with your original receipt. We will verify that the product being returned meets the criteria listed above and we will be happy to process your refund or exchange.

Exceptions:

  • Satellite systems, Cable boxes and Satellite Radio cannot be returned once they have been activated;
  • Radar Detectors and GPS systems are not refundable once opened, but of course can be exchanged under our normal exchange guidelines if there is a problem with the product.
  • Installed Car Audio is not refundable.
  • Consumable items (examples batteries etc.) are not refundable;
  • All delivery, installation, labour charges, customer accessories, special orders, professional set-up fees, and third party fees are not refundable. Any Car Install or Home Install labour that is purchased and not used is only valid for year from the date of purchase. Booking for Car Install/Home Install must be cancelled with 24 hours notice prior to the install date in order to qualify for a refund.

Accuracy of Information

The Company uses its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the information appearing on the pages of the Site are up-to-date and complete and contain no inaccuracies or errors. Despite all our efforts, some errors may occur and the Company will do everything possible to ensure these errors are corrected as soon as reasonably possible. The Company and its affiliates, directors, employees, officers, shareholders, agents, website designer and website provider (collectively the Associates) make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or correctness of any information on the Site.


Intellectual Property

All trademarks, trade dress, patents, copyrights and other intellectual property rights and materials, including images, text, illustrations, logos, designs, photographs, names, trade names, icons, programs, software and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively the Content), including but not limited to the arrangement, compilation, design and structure of such Content is subject to and protected by trademark, copyright and patent laws and is owned, controlled, licensed or, where required, used with permission by the Company.
